Cause analysis

These problems are often closely related to the poor light-blocking ability and airtightness of glass bottles. Although transparent glass has a good visual effect, it is easy for external factors such as ultraviolet rays, oxygen, and water vapor to affect the stability of the contents when exposed to strong light, temperature fluctuations, or repeated opening and closing. In addition, if the bottle mouth sealing structure is not designed properly, it will also accelerate the contact between the contents and the air, causing the components to degrade or volatilize.

Solution

1. Choose dark glass bottles: Using brown, green or black glass bottles can significantly reduce UV penetration and effectively delay the oxidation and deterioration of products.

2. Spray the inner film on the bottle: By spraying a chemically stable coating on the inner wall, the glass can enhance its ability to isolate the contents, prevent the components from being adsorbed on the bottle wall or reacting with the glass in trace amounts, thereby extending the shelf life of the product.

3. Use vacuum pump bottles or airtight dropper bottles: The vacuum structure design can reduce air residue during filling and prevent external air from flowing back during use, which is particularly suitable for packaging highly active skin care products such as essence skin care products.

4. Optimize the bottle mouth sealing structure design: Add a variety of sealing structures such as sealing gaskets, precision screw caps and closed sleeves to improve the overall air tightness, effectively block the entry of air and water vapor, and avoid the volatilization and contamination of internal substances.
